In case of customer convenience


We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective.

*Please understand that the product image may differ slightly from the actual color depending on the viewing environment.
We will not treat the color of the image as a defect of ours.


In case of a defect in our store


If you receive a defective product, we will accept returns or exchanges.


If you wish to do so, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

*If the date of arrival cannot be obtained, within 10 days from the date of shipment.

Please note that we do not accept returns after 7 days from the date of delivery, even if there is a problem with your order.


The conditions under which we can accept returns or exchanges (if a replacement product is available) are as follows
・Within 7 days of delivery date.

・Unused and unwashed
(Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the tags have been removed from the product).

・The condition of the item or its packaging has not changed significantly from the time of delivery.

・Products that are not on sale or at a reduced price

・Products that are not sanitary products, such as innerwear.
